Andretti Formula E Wins Best Social Account of the Year for Second Consecutive Season

Andretti Formula E has once again been recognized as the best in the business off-track, winning Formula E’s Best Social Account of the Year award for a second consecutive season following the 2026 Hankook London E-Prix finale.
The back-to-back honor recognizes the Andretti Formula E team’s continued commitment to creating bold, authentic and fan-first content, combining innovative storytelling with a willingness to embrace the personality, humor and unpredictability that makes Formula E unique.
Following last season’s record-setting social growth, the team went even bigger in Season 12. Across all channels, Andretti Formula E generated a 60% increase in impressions on Season 11, while its overall audience grew by 12%. The team also recorded a 300% increase in shares year-on-year, demonstrating the power of content that fans wanted to engage with and pass on.

A key part of the strategy was continuing to think like fans rather than simply as a motorsport team. From viral, reactive moments and native short-form content to smartly repurposing high-performing assets, Andretti Formula E consistently looked for ways to make its channels entertaining, relatable and unexpected.
That approach delivered some of the season’s biggest moments. The team’s Snapchat-style “FE HAS PIT STOPS?!” reel generated 19.9 million combined views across Instagram and TikTok, while strategic repurposing of proven content generated a further 18.3 million combined views.
Andretti Formula E also brought this fan-first approach to its biggest campaigns of the year. Its Season 12 launch generated over 1.5 million impressions alongside strong engagement and share growth year-on-year, while the announcement of Felipe Drugovich’s signing, supported by a surprise custom mural in São Paulo, delivered over 3 million impressions and significant social traction, including thousands of shares and a strong engagement rate.

The team’s Miami Showrun was another standout moment, combining motorsport spectacle with a unique visual story as Jake Dennis followed Felipe Drugovich through the streets of Miami in the team’s TWG AI livery. The activation generated close to half a million impressions, strong engagement levels and over a thousand shares, alongside global media coverage.

In Tokyo, Andretti Formula E took its social storytelling beyond the traditional Formula E audience through a collaboration with iconic automotive customisers Liberty Walk. The partnership brought together Formula E, Japanese car culture and Liberty Walk’s distinctive visual identity across a bespoke livery, content and fan activations, helping the team reach new audiences and generate over 3 million impressions, strong engagement and more than 10,000 shares.
The team also continued to make the most of the moments that could not be scripted. Unexpected interactions, driver POV footage and behind-the-scenes access helped give fans a more authentic view of life inside Andretti Formula E, including Felipe Drugovich’s Last-to-First Attack Mode masterclass, which generated 1.2 million views.
The result is a social strategy that has continued to evolve without losing sight of its core purpose: making Formula E more accessible, entertaining and engaging for fans.
After setting the benchmark in Season 11, Andretti Formula E has done it again. Proving that its fan-first approach, creative ambition and willingness to take risks can continue to stand out in an increasingly competitive social landscape.
