Allegra® Joins Andretti Global for Indianapolis 500 as Primary Partner for Marcus Ericsson

INDIANAPOLIS (May 13, 2025) – Andretti Global, a racing team under the TWG Motorsports umbrella, announced today that Allegra®, a leading non-drowsy over-the-counter (OTC) allergy relief brand, will serve as the primary partner for the No. 28 Allegra® Honda of Marcus Ericsson at the 109th Running of the Indianapolis 500 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The famed 500-mile race will mark Allegra’s debut in North America’s premier open-wheel racing series.
Using the adrenaline and precision of the Indianapolis 500 race, this innovative partnership will spotlight Allegra’s key benefit—non-drowsy allergy relief with 0% brain interference. To bring that message to life, Allegra will turn Ericsson’s pit stop into the Allegra Pit Shop: a real-time, reaction-based challenge that will invite fans to scan QR codes on the backs of the Allegra pit crew suits to claim prizes, including two tickets to an upcoming race. Fans can also practice their reaction speed ahead of the race by visiting www.allegra.com/en-us/PitShop to play Allegra’s No-Brainer Reaction Time Game. Players will unlock exclusive discounts on Allegra® products—helping them stay non-drowsy for the road ahead.
Back for his seventh INDYCAR season, and second with Andretti INDYCAR, the 2022 Indianapolis 500 Champion has led 43 laps on the historic oval at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and just narrowly missed out on his second 500 victory just one year after claiming victory at the prestigious race. Since coming on board with Andretti INDYCAR for the 2024 season, Ericsson has seen the podium once and scored four top-five finishes, adding to his four career INDYCAR wins and 11 podiums in 101 starts.
Allegra will make its INDYCAR debut with Ericsson today for Opening Day of the Indianapolis 500. Follow the Indianapolis 500 action May 25 live on FOX and join the conversation at #AllegraPitShop.

“As an allergy sufferer myself, I was obviously thrilled for Allegra to come on board for the Indianapolis 500. It’s so incredibly important for my pit crew and I to be sharp during the race, and with the help of Allegra’s non-drowsy relief with 0% brain interference, we’re able to do just that. We’re looking forward to hopefully getting Allegra to their first Victory Circle, and my second, on motorsports’ biggest stage in a few weeks.”
