Andretti 2027 Indianapolis 500 Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by TWG Motorsports, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal offices at 8278 Georgetown Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46268 (the “Sponsor”), in connection with the Andretti Global brand. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Insomniac Holdings, LLC, Vans Warped Tour, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, INDYCAR, or any social media platform.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates under common control, successors, and assigns, its advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on June 12, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Method 1 – At an Andretti Activation. During the Entry Period, visit the Andretti booth at a participating Andretti activation — including the Vans Warped Tour activation at [RFK Festival Grounds, Washington, D.C. (June 13–14, 2026)] and the Vans Warped Tour activation at [Camping World Stadium, Orlando, FL (November 14–15, 2026)] — and complete the entry form (including by scanning the on-site QR code) with your name, email address, and the other information requested. Submitting a completed entry form constitutes one (1) entry.
Method 2 – Mail-In (Alternate Method of Entry). To enter without visiting the activation, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to: Andretti 2027 Indy 500 Sweepstakes, c/o Andretti Global, 8278 Georgetown Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46268. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received by [January 7, 2027]. Each mailed card constitutes one (1) entry.
Limit: One (1) entry per person, regardless of method, for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or that otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules are void. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win, and attendance at the activation is not required to enter (see Method 2). All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of two (2) tickets to the 2027 Indianapolis 500, scheduled for approximately late May 2027 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize: $1,000.00.
Travel, lodging, ground transportation, meals, and all other costs and expenses not expressly described above are the sole responsibility of the winner and are not included in the prize. The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prize details, including the specific date, are subject to the schedule set by Indianapolis Motor Speedway and INDYCAR and may change.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
On or about [January 12, 2027], Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release within [seven (7)] days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is found ineligible, or fails to return the required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the ARV of the prize is $600 or more, the winner will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the ARV of the prize.
9. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, and in such event to award the prize from among eligible entries received prior to the cancellation, suspension, or modification. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates under common control, successors, and assigns, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for any error, omission, interruption, or failure of any kind in the entry process.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, voice, and city/state of residence for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, compensation, or consideration.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://andrettiglobal.com/privacy-policy/. By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree that the email address and other information provided may be used by Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes and, where the entrant has opted in or as otherwise permitted by law, to send marketing and promotional communications. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in those communications.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of laws provisions thereof that would result in the application of the laws of a different jurisdiction. Except where prohibited, all disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Winners List
For the name of the winner, available after [February 1, 2027], send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Andretti 2027 Indy 500 Sweepstakes – Winners List, c/o Andretti Global, 8278 Georgetown Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46268.
15. Social Media Platform Release
If any portion of the Sweepstakes is promoted on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform, entrants acknowledge that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform, and entrants release each platform from any and all liability arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes.
