Dan Towriss
Dan Towriss is a visionary leader driving innovation and transformation across a wide range of businesses. As CEO of TWG Motorsports, Dan played a pivotal role in securing the landmark Cadillac Formula 1 team in partnership with General Motors, and TWG has acquired a broad racing portfolio that includes Andretti Global, Wayne Taylor Racing, and Spire Motorsports. Dan is building TWG Motorsports to bring innovation, operational excellence, and financial strength to a global motorsports enterprise that expects to win at the highest levels.
And as founder and CEO of Group 1001, a dynamic financial services company, he applies more than 30 years of experience to drive growth, strategy, and operational excellence. Under Dan’s leadership, Group 1001 has amassed combined assets under management of more than $66 billion.
Beyond an impressive track record in business, Dan is deeply committed to empowering communities. He invests in impactful organizations and serves on boards such as the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation, RISE, and Indy Women in Tech. Jill Gregory
Newly announced President of Andretti Global and Chief Operating Officer of TWG Motorsports, Jill Gregory is an acclaimed sports marketer and motorsports executive who previously served as executive vice president and general manager at Sonoma Raceway and executive vice president and chief marketing and content officer at NASCAR. She has also held pivotal roles leading sports investment efforts for brands like Bank of America, Sprint and VISA. During her tenure at NASCAR, Gregory revamped the organization’s marketing, content and fan development strategies to elevate strategic planning and enhance collaboration across the industry. She was twice named by Adweek one of “The Most Powerful Women in Sports’’ and is part of the FIA Women in Motorsports Commission.

Growing up the son of racing legend, Mario Andretti, Michael Andretti’s journey is nothing short of a thrilling race.
In the high-octane realm of INDYCAR racing, Michael carved his path to glory during the 1980s and 1990s. His skills behind the wheel captured the hearts of fans and earning him numerous victories..
Michael’s passion for racing didn’t stop at being a driver. For over 20 years, Michael commanded the racing board room, and his teams not only competed but exceled, showcasing a prowess that mirrored his own racing days. Today, as a strategic advisor to the race team, Michael remains committed to excellence.
TEAM PRINCIPAL, INDYCAR

Ron Ruzewski
Ron Ruzewski brings more than three decades of open-wheel experience to his first season with Andretti Global as Team Principal, highlighted by multiple Indianapolis 500 victories, race wins and Championship-winning campaigns across engineering, leadership and race strategy roles. His strategic work with Will Power helped deliver the 2022 INDYCAR Championship.
A veteran race engineer, he spent more than 10 years working closely with Helio Castroneves, contributing to numerous wins and Castroneves’ third Indianapolis 500 victory in 2009.
Before entering INDYCAR competition, Ruzewski spent nearly a decade with Yamaha Motor Corporation as Department Manager of Advanced Development for the Snowmobile Group, leading major product initiatives, prototype development and launches that produced multiple Industry Press “Snowmobile of the Year” models.
His career in INDYCAR began in 1988 with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, followed by engineering roles with Shierson Racing and Walker Racing, working alongside drivers Scott Goodyear and Robby Gordon.
Ruzewski holds an engineering degree from Purdue University.
TEAM PRINCIPAL, FORMULA E

Roger Griffiths
Having joined Andretti in the spring of 2014, Roger Griffiths serves as the Team Principal for the Andretti Formula E and has led the team to 11 wins, 37 podiums and a Driver’s World Championship title across 11 seasons. Griffiths’ vast background in many motorsports endeavors includes Formula One, INDYCAR, WEC, ALMS, ELMS, Extreme E and Super Touring Cars. He also served as the Technical Director for Honda Performance Development, where he experienced success during the ‘competitive manufacturer era’ at the Indy 500 in 2004, 2005 and 2012 and 2004, 2005 and 2013 Driver’s Championships as well as a World Sportscar Championship in 2012. He was the recipient of the Louis Schwitzer Award in 2011. The UK native is an engineering graduate of Loughborough University of Technology (1991) and the year following his graduation, Griffiths earned his master’s degree in Automotive Product Engineering at Cranfield Institute of Technology. He became a Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers in 2020.

We proudly hold an ISO 14001:2025 Environmental Management Certification and are delighted that the Andretti Formula E team has earned the FIA Three-Star Environmental Accreditation. We continue to use our participation in these areas as a springboard to help progress our sustainability strategy as a business and in our individual race teams across the globe.
